At Lazo, we stand behind the quality of our ramen cookers and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our products come with a one-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use.
Warranty Coverage:
✔ One (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
✔ Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
✔ Free repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions:This warranty does not cover the following:
❌ Damage or defects caused by careless use, mishandling, or improper operation.
❌ Use of non-compatible paper bowls or any accessories not purchased from Lazo or authorized sellers.
❌ Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications.
❌ Damage caused by poor water quality, including the presence of foreign matter, excessive minerals, or impurities, which may affect machine performance.
❌ Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, accidents, or natural disasters.

Shipping Insurance Option (Recommended for High-Value Items)

• Orders confirmed lost by the carrier
The insurance fee will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable. If shipping insurance is not selected, LAZOUSA’s liability is limited once the package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen PackagesIn the rare event that your order is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. While we will assist where possible, LAZOUSA is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.
